Next, we’ll have a short briefing on how the medicine works and how to navigate the experience, so you feel confident and prepared. We’ll then do a guided meditation before starting the medicine journey itself.
When the journey ends, we’ll integrate through sharing, then enjoy fruit, tea, and nourishing snacks. You’ll be able to operate and go about your day as normal afterwards, though I recommend keeping it gentle and giving yourself space to rest if possible.
